14. What happens to XEL's listing?

XEL's ordinary shares were suspended from trading on the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") on 25 October 2016 following which Liberum Capital Limited resigned as XEL's Nominated Adviser and Broker.

In view of the proposed liquidation, XEL does not intend to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser.  Therefore, under the AIM rules for Companies, the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM is expected to take place on 28 November 2016.
