Such Safety, Health, Environment & Quality issues ("SHEQ") are an integral part of Xcite Energy business and a prime responsibility for all its management and staff. SHEQ commitments are listed in the SHEQ Policy and delivered through the application of Xcite Energy's SHEQ Management System.

A SHEQ culture of continuous improvement is driven by the Board who set challenging annual SHEQ objectives and targets, and monitor performance against them.
